1. Results Disclaimer
All score changes, dollar figures, timelines, and outcomes referenced on this website reflect representative or past member experiences and are not a guarantee, warranty, or prediction of any specific result. Individual results vary based on the items on your credit report, the responsiveness of furnishers and credit bureaus, and your ongoing credit behavior. No credit repair company can lawfully guarantee the removal of any specific item from a credit report.2. Your Rights Under Federal Law
Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA):- You have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your credit report yourself, for free, directly with the credit bureaus. You do not need to hire a credit repair company to exercise this right.
- You are entitled to a free copy of your credit report from each nationwide credit bureau every week at AnnualCreditReport.com.
- Accurate, current, and verifiable negative information generally cannot be removed from your credit report, no matter who asks.
- You may cancel your contract with any credit repair organization, without penalty or obligation, at any time before midnight of the third business day after the date you signed it.
- A credit repair organization may not charge you for services before those services are fully performed, and may not make untrue or misleading statements about your credit.
3. Right to Cancel
You may cancel your service agreement within three (3) business days of signing for a full refund of any paid enrollment fees, and you may cancel ongoing services at any time as described in our Terms and Refund Policy.
