How long does the call actually take?

About 20 minutes. Sometimes a little longer if your report is complex and you have a lot of questions. We won't rush you, and we won't drag it out either. Block 30 minutes to be safe.

Will this affect my credit score?

No. We use a soft inquiry to pull your tri-bureau report, which never appears as a hard inquiry and does not impact your score. Hard inquiries only happen when you apply for new credit yourself.

What if I don't qualify or you can't help me?

We'll tell you straight, on the call. If your situation is better suited to DIY disputes, a different service, or simply waiting out a derogatory mark's seven-year reporting window, we'll explain that and send you off without a sales pitch.

Do you sell or share my information?

Never. Your information is used only to pull your report, prepare for your consultation, and (if you decide to move forward) work your case. We don't sell leads, share data with marketers, or send you to third-party offers.

Can I just get a quote without the call?

The pricing depends on what's actually on your report, which is why the call exists. Generic prices online are how predatory shops trap people into the wrong package. We'd rather take 20 minutes and quote you accurately based on what we'd actually be doing.

What happens after the call?

If we're a fit, we'll email you a service agreement that lays out the work, the price, and your rights under CROA, plus the federal Consumer Credit File Rights notice. You have three business days to cancel, no questions asked. If we're not a fit, we'll point you to the next best step and you'll never hear from us unless you reach out.
