1. 3-Day Cancellation (Federal CROA Requirement)
Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you may cancel your service within three (3) business days of signing your agreement for a full refund of any enrollment fees paid. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:- No further monthly payments will be charged
- Past monthly fees are non-refundable because work has already been performed
3. Refund Policy
Because credit repair work begins immediately once documents are prepared and disputes are drafted, the following applies:- Enrollment fees are non-refundable after the 3-day cancellation window
- Monthly service fees are non-refundable for any month in which work was completed
- We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with credit outcomes, as results depend on third-party agencies and creditors
4. Canceling Your Subscription
You may cancel by emailing or mailing a written request. Cancellation becomes effective upon receipt.5. Reinstatement
