1. 3-Day Cancellation (Federal CROA Requirement)

Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you may cancel your service within three (3) business days of signing your agreement for a full refund of any enrollment fees paid. 2. Cancellation After 3 Days

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
  • No further monthly payments will be charged
  • Past monthly fees are non-refundable because work has already been performed

3. Refund Policy

Because credit repair work begins immediately once documents are prepared and disputes are drafted, the following applies:
  • Enrollment fees are non-refundable after the 3-day cancellation window
  • Monthly service fees are non-refundable for any month in which work was completed
  • We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with credit outcomes, as results depend on third-party agencies and creditors
If an error occurs on our part, we will correct it promptly.

4. Canceling Your Subscription

You may cancel by emailing or mailing a written request. Cancellation becomes effective upon receipt.

5. Reinstatement

Clients who cancel may reinstate later but may be subject to new enrollment pricing or terms.
