We do not guarantee a specific outcome, score increase, or the removal of any specific item. All services require access to your 3-bureau credit report from a provider such as SmartCredit, IdentityIQ, or similar.

2. No Guaranteed Results

Credit repair involves third-party credit reporting agencies and creditors. Because we do not control these parties, we cannot guarantee:
  • Specific score increases
  • Removal of any individual negative account
  • Approval for loans, credit cards, or funding
We guarantee only that we will perform the work outlined in your agreement to the best of our ability.

3. Client Responsibilities

By enrolling, you agree to:
  • Provide accurate personal information
  • Maintain an active 3-bureau monitoring account
  • Provide updated documents as requested
  • Make timely payments as outlined in your agreement
  • Avoid adding new negative items through late payments or high utilization
Failure to do so may delay or negatively impact your results.

4. Payment Terms

Enrollment fees and monthly service fees are billed according to your signed agreement. Monthly billing begins 30 days after your enrollment unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to pause or cancel services for non-payment.

5. Cancellation Policy

California clients may have additional rights under state law.
